ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Velmora (hereinafter "the Seller") and any individual making a purchase on the velmora.com website (hereinafter "the Customer").
Any purchase on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are those presented on the velmora.com website at the time of consultation by the Customer.
Velmora strives to ensure the accuracy of the information (photos, descriptions, prices) displayed on the website. In the event of a clear error, Velmora reserves the right to cancel the order in question.

ARTICLE 3 — PRICE
Prices are indicated in euros (€)
inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
Velmora reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the price in effect at the time of order validation.
Delivery charges are indicated separately before final order validation.

ARTICLE 4 — ORDER
The Customer places an order by following
the following steps:
1. Selecting products and adding them to the cart
2. Validating the cart
3. Logging in or creating an account
4. Entering delivery information
5. Choosing the payment method
6. Validating and confirming the order
Velmora reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a prior dispute,
suspected fraud, or insufficient stock.

ARTICLE 5 — PAYMENT
Payment is made online
using the following methods:
— Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
— PayPal
— Apple Pay / Google Pay
Payment is secured by SSL encryption.
The Customer's bank details are never stored by Velmora.

ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within
2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are:
— Metropolitan France: 5 to 10 business days
— Europe: 7 to 14 business days
— International: 10 to 20 business days
These times are indicative only and do not constitute a firm commitment.

ARTICLE 7 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective product.

ARTICLE 8 — REFUND
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, via the Customer's original payment method.

ARTICLE 9 — WARRANTIES
All Velmora products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

ARTICLE 10 — LIABILITY
Velmora shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, stock shortage at the supplier, or disruption of delivery services.

ARTICLE 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the velmora website (texts, images, logo, graphic design) are the exclusive property of Velmora and are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

ARTICLE 13 — DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
